Shipping Policy

Art Galore is committed to delivering your order within the fastest time frame while ensuring the highest quality packaging.

  1. Online Paid order are shipped the next working day and are mostly delivered within 4-7 working days for non-customized orders and 8-30 working days for customized orders from the date of dispatch. Exact details can be found on the respective product detail page.
  2. All COD orders are confirmed via our team and dispatched the same or next working day.
  3. We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & Public holidays during the normal working hours.
  4. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies such as FedEx, Bluedart, and Delhivery etc.
  5. If no courier service is available in your area, we will try and ship your items via Government Registered India Post but can not guarantee the same. 
  6. Since we rely on third part courier partners (like Delhivvery, Bluedart, etc.), in no scenario we offer guaranteed delivery before a particular date, all the times are estimated timelines, and might change without notice.
  7. In cases of delays in certain cases please reach out to the delivery partner for more information, Once the product is dispatched, Art Galore does not have any control over it. 
  8. In case of RTO (return to origin) i.e. where in order is returned back to us (This typically happens when the courier partner could reach you or the address is wrong).
    1. We send back the order back to the customer, additional fare of sending it back to be borne by customer based upon the remarks given the courier partner. (Customer address/phone is wrong or not reachable)
    2. Since all our orders are made on demand, cancellation is not possible after the order is made by us. 

How is the delivery charge calculated for multiple units? 

  1. There is no shipping charge for online paid orders within India.
  2. The shipping charge is fixed irrespective of the number of products in your cart. Even for multiple products in an order, there is certain fee added to your total as a COD charge.
  3. Our prices are inclusive of GST (Goods and Service tax). As per the Government of India, we're fully GST compliant.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?
  1. Express delivery is done for all online paid orders which are within 4 - 7 working days (major cities) after dispatch.
  2. Most orders are delivered within 4 to 6 working days from the dispatch date, however, note that no COD order is dispatched until it is confirmed on the call. There might be delays involved if we could not receive any important information like design approval etc for processing the order
  3. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order, but for area falling into remote locations and the areas where delivery by couriers cannot be attempted the recipient might be asked to pick it up from the delivery centres.

The time frame for order from dispatch date:

  • Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai: 3-5 working days
  • Rest of India: 5-7 working days.
  • COD Orders usually take 5-7 working days since a couple of extra days are required at the shipping company's end for processing. 


What if I receive the product is received in damaged condition?

  1. If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and reach out to our team on whatsapp mentioning your Order ID
  2. We will arrange for reverse pick up of the damaged product and ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please ensure that the original product tag and packing are intact when you send us the product back.
