As you are aware of the current situation of COVID related disruptions, the ecommerce industry is also facing the heat due to various measures taken by the respective state and central govt. like Complete Lockdown, Night Curfews and other restrictions.

We are grateful for all our front line warriors who are working tirelessly to ensure that our lives are safe and less affected by the current situation.

Below areas are affected by restrictions imposed by the authorities:

Since many of the states are under lockdown, the logistics partner as per govt notifications may either hold the shipments or return the same to us if they feel the security of the parcel is an issue.

Since the essential category is not specified by the respective state govt, officials can allow or disallow delivery of the parcel if they feel so. 

There could be delays in pickups at some locations where the timing restrictions are imposed by local authorities, although we will try to ensure pickup happens as per SLA, there could be some exceptions, we expect your understanding in this regards. 

Most of the states are under lockdown and there are lots of disruption on the ground level due to man force and other COVID related issues, we request you to kindly be patient if there are any delays in delivering the products. In situations where the delivery is not allowed, we will be marking the shipments (in-transit or at destination centre) RTO in compliance with government rules. Your understanding in this regards is appreciated.

In these unprecedented times where our health has been our utmost priority, we at Art Galore is also taking care of all our employees and we are Working from Home till the situation becomes normal. There could be a delay in responding to your emails and calls.
