- If you wish to cancel your order, please email us with your name and order ID at info@artgalore.in within 1-2 hour of the purchase.

- If the order hasn't been designed or sent for approval from our end, then you are subject to ₹300/10% service fee (whichever is higher) during cancellation.

- If the order has been designed or sent for approval from our end, then you are subject to ₹600/25% service fee (whichever is higher) during cancellation.

- If the order has been Dispatched/Packed/Processed from our end, it cannot be cancelled.

- In most cases order once placed can't be cancelled, You may still reach out to us on info@artgalore.in, we'll be able to help you with the best possible option.
