Is there a warranty on your products?

All our products are eligible for a 5 days warranty for manufacturing defects.

We will provide a replacement at no extra cost, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. External damage, if any, (like due to falling of product or water/moisture damage) is not covered and will be repairable on a chargeable basis only.

If you need help with claiming your product warranty, mail us the issue in the product along with your order ID, name, and phone number to and our team shall reach out to you.

How do you ensure the quality of your products?

​Each and every lamp takes around 26 hours to 3D print, and it is done so in one single piece. 3D printing technology that is printed layer by layer restores the real appearance of the moon

Yes, we have Cash on Delivery for our customers, After placing the order you'll receive an order confirmation call, press 1 to confirm your order.

We recommend only placing an order if you need one to avoid the hassle.

How long does delivery take?

Customized Products: 2-3 days in making, 4-7 days for delivery. 

Non-customized Products:  4-7 days for delivery

Can you provide me with a tracking number?

You will be provided with a tracking link on mail and SMS once it gets shipped.

No, it is rechargeable. WIRELESS No More Cables. Our upgraded 3D moon lamp is completely wireless and is run on fast charging technology.

What if I need to return something?


All sales are final and products are non-returnable. Under no condition will a refund or replacement be provided for any defect-free product, on the basis of look & feel or minor differences in shades, colors, or sound quality.

We offer a free replacement in case the product has any manufacturing defects or damage. Please report the issue to us with images and video proof of defect and mention your order ID. We will provide a replacement at no extra cost, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. 

Please ensure the product is unused, in the same condition as received, in the original packaging, and includes all items shipped in our package. The item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.

The original item will be arranged to be sent back to us. Upon receipt, the original item shall be inspected for damage and defect, and replacement shall be issued post-inspection by us. In a case where no defect is found, to and fro courier charges shall be liable to be paid by the customer for sending a replacement. 

What if I need to cancel?

If you wish to cancel your order, please email us with your name and order ID at within 6-8 hours of the purchase. If the order has been dispatched from our end, it cannot be canceled. 

What is the return policy?

Art Galore will only issue a refund if we are unable to issue a replacement for your product.  Once we receive the product, we will inspect it for product quality control including all original packaging and product items including accessories. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your card or original method of payment or any other method by mutual understanding with the customer.

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
